Privacy policy

This policy explains how Veriprax collects, uses and discloses your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Data we collect

We collect only the personal data needed to deliver our services and to communicate with you:

  • Information you submit through forms on this site — name, organisation, email, telephone, and the details you provide.
  • Correspondence between us, including email and meeting records.
  • Information necessary to perform a verification engagement under contract, including contact points and data owners.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying website usage statistics.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals.
  • To perform verification services under contract.
  • To handle complaints and appeals.
  • To meet accreditation standard and legal requirements.
  • To send newsletters you have subscribed to, which you may cancel at any time.

Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. We disclose it only where you have consented, where it is necessary to perform a contract, where an accreditation body or scheme owner requires it under assessment rules, or where we are legally obliged to.

Retention

Engagement records are retained for the period required by the applicable standard and scheme owner — generally no less than one full certification cycle. Enquiry form data that does not lead to a contract is deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access, a copy, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent — by writing to jamorn.a@veriprax.co.th. We respond within 30 days of receiving a request.

Cookies

This site uses only cookies strictly necessary for basic operation. If analytics cookies are added in future, we will ask for your consent first.
